The old patio was worn out and had no railing to prevent someone from steping off, this is a code violation, and a safety hazard.

Old entry steps were unsafe with and not visually appealing.

After removing old patio, the area was dug sown and a layer of gravel was added and over the top a layer of Polymeric sand and then the steps were placed.

Next the wall was built and using different sized stone creates a visually appealing texture to the wall with the added bonus of interlocking the stone for durability.

Next the pavers were added to create the finished floor.

the finished stairs and patio will last for decades with a little maintenance.

The new patio makes for a great first impression and added value to the home.

The old patio was constructed with wood retaining rail road ties. This created a space that had no rail and was not visually appealing.

The new design create with a stone wall added visual appeal and safety. It will add value and last much longer than the old design.

This a great way to turn a sloping yard into a functional outdoor space.
